We're a locally owned cleaning business bringing that same care to homes in Winnipeg. With cleaning experience dating back to 2017, we believe the little details make a difference—and that a clean home should give you more room to enjoy your day.

We quote based on the size and condition of your space, your service and any agreed extras. We'll tell you whether it's a fixed price or an hourly estimate with a maximum total, and explain any applicable taxes or travel charges before you approve.
What does a “maximum total” mean?
It's the spending limit for the agreed hourly work. If the actual charge is lower, you pay the lower amount. We won't go above your agreed maximum without approval. If the limit won't cover everything, we'll discuss your priorities and options before continuing.
Can I book a recurring clean right away?
Yes—tell us how often you'd like help. A first visit may take longer or need a deeper clean than regular maintenance. We'll assess and quote the first visit separately when needed, then agree on your ongoing plan.
Which areas do you serve?
We're based in Winnipeg. For surrounding areas, share your neighbourhood or postal code so we can confirm availability and any travel charges before booking.
Do I need to provide supplies?
We'll confirm supplies and equipment with you before the visit. Please tell us about allergies, product preferences, delicate finishes or surfaces needing special care when you request a quote.
How can I get ready for my clean?
Clear loose items from the surfaces and floors you'd like us to clean, where possible. Let us know about pets, delicate surfaces and your top priorities. We'll confirm access arrangements with you directly—please keep door codes out of the quote form.
Is the quote form a confirmed booking?
No. Sending the form requests a quote and emails your details to Pine & Shine. We'll reply to discuss the work, price and availability. Your visit is booked only once we've confirmed it together.
